If the service is scheduled within the next 24 hours, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to avoid fees.
Late Cancellation Fee:
A fee of 20% of the service cost will apply for cancellations made outside the free window.

No-Show Policy:
If a user fails to be present at the agreed time and location without prior notice, a "no-show" fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

Service Guarantee:
Repeated cancellations or no-shows by providers can lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
Eligible refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
